1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of fastautoleasing.com (the "Site"), operated by fastautoleasing.com ("we," "us"). By accessing the Site or submitting a quote request, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Description of the Service

The Site is a free lead-generation and referral service. We collect the information you submit in a quote request and forward it to one or more independent, licensed automotive lease brokers ("Broker Partners"), who may contact you with vehicle lease quotes. We are not a car dealership, leasing company, lender, or financial institution. We do not offer, arrange, negotiate, underwrite, or guarantee any lease, loan, or vehicle. All lease terms are determined solely by the Broker Partner, dealership, and/or the financial institution underwriting the lease, and are subject to credit approval and vehicle availability. Broker Partners may compensate us for referrals.

3. No Guarantee; Illustrative Figures

We do not guarantee that any Broker Partner will contact you, that any quote will be provided, or that any particular lease terms, vehicles, prices, or payments will be available. Any payments, prices, or figures displayed on the Site are illustrative examples only and do not constitute offers, quotes, or guarantees of terms.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use the Site. By submitting a quote request, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, that it is your own information, and that you are authorized to provide the phone number and email address submitted.

5. Consent to Be Contacted

By checking the consent box and submitting the quote form, you provide express written consent to be contacted by fastautoleasing.com and its Broker Partners at the number provided, including by autodialed calls and text messages, about vehicle lease offers, as described more fully on the form and in our Privacy Policy. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you may revoke it at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) submit false, misleading, or third-party information without authorization; (b) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or its security features; (d) scrape, harvest, or copy Site content or data by automated means; or (e) attempt to reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including text, design, logos, and code — are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

8. Third Parties

Broker Partners are independent businesses, not our agents, employees, or partners in a legal sense. We are not a party to, and have no responsibility for, any communication, negotiation, agreement, or transaction between you and any Broker Partner, dealership, or financial institution. Any dispute arising from a lease or related transaction is solely between you and the applicable third party.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND THE SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FASTAUTOLEASING.COM, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR COSTS OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY INTERACTION WITH A BROKER PARTNER OR OTHER THIRD PARTY, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless fastautoleasing.com and its owners, operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Changes to the Site and Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Site, or revise these Terms, at any time. The "Effective date" above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revisions.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
