Privacy Policy
1. Who We Are
fastautoleasing.com ("we," "us," or "the Site") is a lead-generation website that connects consumers who are interested in leasing a vehicle with independent, licensed automotive lease brokers ("Broker Partners"). We are not a dealership, leasing company, lender, or financial institution. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and — importantly — how we share it with our Broker Partners.
2. Information We Collect
When you submit a quote request, we collect the information you provide, including:
- Contact information: first name, last name, email address, and phone number;
- Location information: ZIP code;
- Lease preferences: vehicle type, preferred make, monthly budget range, self-reported credit tier, and purchase timeline;
- Consent records: the date, time, and content of the consent you provide when submitting the form.
We may also automatically collect limited technical information when you visit the Site, such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring URL, through standard server logs and similar technologies.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To forward your quote request to one or more Broker Partners so they can contact you with lease quotes;
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Site;
- To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support;
- To maintain records of your consent and comply with legal obligations;
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and misuse of the Site.
4. How We Share Your Information — Please Read Carefully
The core purpose of this Site is to share your quote request with Broker Partners. When you submit the form, the information you provide (including your name, email, phone number, ZIP code, and lease preferences) is transmitted to one or more independent, licensed lease brokers, who may contact you by phone, text message, and email about vehicle lease offers. Broker Partners may compensate us for these referrals. This sharing may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as those terms are defined under certain state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).
We may also share information with: (a) service providers that host the Site or process form submissions on our behalf; (b) legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, or court order; and (c) a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not share your information with unaffiliated third parties for purposes unrelated to your lease request, except as described in this Policy.
Once your information is transmitted to a Broker Partner, that broker's own privacy practices govern their use of your information. We encourage you to ask each broker who contacts you about their privacy practices.
5. Text Messages and Calls (TCPA Consent)
By checking the consent box and submitting the quote form, you provide express written consent to be contacted by fastautoleasing.com and its Broker Partners at the phone number you provide, including through autodialed calls and text messages, about vehicle lease offers. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message or by informing the caller, and you may contact us at the address in Section 11 to request that we stop sharing your information.
6. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell/share;
- Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information;
- Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise any of these rights — including "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" requests — email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will verify your identity using the information associated with your submission and respond within the timeframe required by law. Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws (such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and New Jersey) may exercise comparable rights through the same contact.
7. Data Retention
We retain quote-request data and consent records for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to document consent, and to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
8. Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
